When should we start getting together for the worship team?

Hello everyone. Thank God for his favor. Our worship service has been getting better every week. We're still looking for people to join our worship team every Sunday. If you play instruments, that's great. If you don't play instrument and just want to sing (don't have to have good voice, just need to keep the beats ) That's perfect too. So pm me if interested.
